I’m Bianca – Cake Artist. Based in New York City.    

 

I am a self taught home baker that loves all things cake, cupcakes, etc. I am very passionate about cupcake and cake decorating. My love affair with cupcakes started in 2011 when I decided to bake for a friend of mine. From that day forward I have been hooked. 

 

I love all things gorgeous and try to reflect this in my work. I am also a perfectionist and with every one of my creations only perfection is acceptable. I am so passionate about what I do and just love designing and creating these edible pieces of artwork. I handcraft all our gorgeous decorations and all decorations are completely edible.
